The CRIBIS application simplifies entity verification for subjects registered in Czechia and Slovakia by drawing and processing current information from more than 100 key data sources within its products and services.

Overview of Main CRIBIS Data Sources

Administrative register of economic entities

The data source ARES, managed by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech republic, contains VAT payer information based on assigned VAT ID lists.

Central execution register

The public list of executions including historical data is managed by the Chamber of Executors of the Czech Republic.

Central notification register

The overview of public officials is managed by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.

Grants

The list of state budget grant recipients in the Czech Republic is managed by the RED OpenData initiative.

European grants

The overview of structural fund grants is managed by the Czech Ministry of Regional Development.

Insolvency register

The database of all insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic is managed by the Ministry of Justice.

Insolvent employers

The list of data on all insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic is managed by the Ministry of Justice.

Unreliable VAT payers

The information source on unreliable VAT payers is managed by the financial authority of the Ministry of Finance.

Commercial register

The summary containing information on commercial entities is managed by the Czech Ministry of Justice.

Commercial register—Bankrupts register

The data on entities after insolvency proceedings commencement is managed by the Ministry of Justice.

Commercial bulletin

The supporting data source for commercial register, document collection, and other lists is managed by Economia, a.s.

VAT payers and VAT payers' bank accounts

The information source on VAT payers' bank accounts is managed by the financial authority of the Ministry of Finance.

Economic entities register

The basic reference database of entities registered in the Czech Republic is managed by the Czech Statistical Office.

Contracts register

The information system of private law contracts and grant contracts is managed by the Czech Ministry of Interior.

Vehicle register

The database of new and cancelled vehicle registrations is managed by the Czech Ministry of Transport.

Trade register

The information source on trade business in Czech territory is managed by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade.

RUIAN

The management of the Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses, and Real Estate in the Czech Republic (RUIAN) handles the State Administration of Land Surveying and Cadastre.

Document collection

The database of financial statements and annual reports is managed by the Czech Ministry of Justice.

Public procurement
